"Without family support I would not be able to dedicate myself to work every day”
Today we listened to the conversation between the Buddhist lama Thubten Wangcheni Carme Ruscalleda, chef with five Michelin stars.
They have very different occupations, but we have discovered that they share the same philosophy about the food.
They have cooked us phrases like these:
"The fame up, if you do it well and with heart” (Wangchen)
"I have lost my country. The Chinese go kill my mother” (Wangchen)
"A dish always seeks to feed and nourish, but also’emotion” (Ruscalleda)
“You have to cultivate them affective relationships. Without family support I could not devote myself to work every day” (Ruscalleda)
