Lu Jong, Tibetan yoga, with Alicia Beltrán (in person and online)

Lu Jong is an ancestral Tibetan practice from the Tantrayana and Bön traditions.. This series of movements, developed for the purpose of healing oneself, release blockages on a physical level, mental and energetic. This allows us to support healing processes, transform negative emotions and increase our energy.

Lu Jong has its origin in Tibetan Medicine. By combining shape, movement and rhythmic breathing, we nourish the spine and gently open the subtle channels of the body. In this way, the elements and humors – the basic components of the body – are balanced and the body systems are harmonized..

Suitable for people of any age and ability, the Lu Jong brings us completely to the present moment, cultivate body awareness and calm the mind. This is the basis of any spiritual practice. Despite being very accessible, Lu Jong can change your life!!

We received this beautiful practice through Alicia Beltran, certified as a Teacher and Educator of future Lu Jong teachers by Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche, direct disciple of him and taking Refuge receiving the name of Lobsang Shershi, whose desire is to improve our health and increase our happiness. Through his teachings and his students, preserves ancient Tantrayana healing wisdom.
