Madrid, 9 may (EFE).- Former judge of the National Court Baltasar Garzón, the Iranian lawyer and Nobel Peace Prize winner 2003, Ebadi program, and one of the prosecutors of the Nuremberg trials Benjamin B. Ferencz, will debate universal justice at a congress to be held between the 20 and 23 May in Madrid.
El "I Congreso de Jurisidicción Universal en el siglo XXI", Organized by the Baltasar Garzón International Foundation, will bring together jurists from all over the world, among them, jueces y fiscales españoles que ahora se encuentran con "el dilema de resolver temas de justicia universal", according to the foundation in a statement.

Lawyer and Nobel Peace Prize winner Shirin Ebadi will also attend the meeting., the United Nations rapporteur for Freedom of Expression, Frank La Rue, one of the members of the UN Working Group on Forced Disappearances Ariel Dulitzky, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (CPI) Fabricio Guariglia and former ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo.
Among the participants, The judge of the National Court Fernando Andreu is also present., Prosecutor Dolores Delgado, Judge José Ricardo de Prada, the prosecutor José María Mena, or the lawyers of the so-called Argentine complaint Carlos Slepoy or Ana Messuti, will intervene in this forum.
