The days, organized in collaboration with the City of Zaragoza and the CAI Foundation, They will take place at the Joaquín Roncal Center, The NGO has reported in a statement.

In this framework he has organized the III Tibet Days in Aragon, that will include meditation workshops, mindfulness, Tibetan bowls, mandala paint, yoga and conferences about Buddhism, refugees or about Tibetan women to bring this culture closer to the Zaragozanos. With these days, Morning Star wants to give visibility to the situation of the group of Tibetan refugees and contribute to the improvement of their living conditions in exile.
The NGO will allocate the money that is collected to the development programs that star of the morning carry out in the settlement of Tibetan refugees of Dougeling in southern India, Where they live 18.000 people in nine fields and nine Buddhist monasteries.
Its initiatives focus on the scope of basic needs satisfaction, education, nutrition, health, Water and sanitation. On Saturday the conference will resume with a yoga workshop and a meditation workshop, to those who will follow a round table about the situation of Tibetan women and two other workshops: of mandalas and mindfulness.
