Our proposal is that this document is used to disseminate and offer reliable information on the serious situation of injustice and abuse that Tibetos live daily within the Tibet. Difficult access information due to informative and communication blockade to which the Tibetan people are subjected by the Government of the People's Republic of China (RPC).
