The country: DEBATE: Will Chinese repression quell Tibetan nationalism??

Mass arrests of Tibetan nationalists have been China's response to protests and immolations against the occupation, since 60 years, of this autonomous region. Spokesmen for the exile have indicated that Lhasa, the capital of Tibet, is under undeclared martial law. Religion plays a decisive role in this conflict and Tibetans fear that the Dalai Lama, of 76 years, die in exile. ¿The Chinese Communist Party is wrong to repress this political-religious movement? ¿Nationalist conflicts may break out in other regions of China?
