Documentary produced and directed by the Buddhist Monk, Photographer and Writer, Martín (Thupten Chophel), www.shambalavigo.org, in which it addresses the importance of Inner Beauty and Outer Beauty, as well as Ecology and the Environment. There are beautiful scenes of nature, some with the timelapse technique, combined with 4 interviews: al Lama Tibetano Thubten Wangchen; the Director of an Environmental Consulting Firm, Maruxa Pérez Vázquez; two musicians, from the musical group Dous, Fernando Abreu and Pablo Carrera; and the President of the Peña Trevinca de Vigo Mountain Club, Pedro Outón Nieto.
