The president of the Provincial Council, Mercè Conesa, visited the Casa del Tibet in Barcelona this afternoon, on també s'ha reunit amb el seu director i membre del Parlament tibetà a l'exili, Thubten Wangchen.
During the visit, President Mercè Conesa has learned about the current situation and the history of Tibet, as well as the facilities·relations of the House of Tibet in Barcelona, en especial la sala d'actes, la d'exposicions i la biblioteca. He also visited the Mini-Gompa, espai on s'ha fet una reunió per explicar possibles projectes de col·collaboration between both entities.
A l'acte també ha assistit el diputat de Presidència, General Services and Relations with the City of Barcelona, Jaume Ciurana, and the Commissioner of International Relations of the Provincial Council, Josep Lluís Alay.
