APDHE-CAT: Rejection of the Tibet case file by the National Court

The Criminal Chamber of the National Court has arranged the file of the well-known Tibet case, in which events classified as crimes of genocide were investigated, against humanity, violations of the Geneva Conventions and terrorism.

The Human Rights Association of Spain and the Tibet Support Committee reject this judicial resolution, which implies the helplessness of the victims and violates International Human Rights Law.

In this link You will find the statement issued by both organizations.
