The Spanish human rights association urges the socialist parliamentary group to file an appeal for unconstitutionality against the organic law 1/2014, of 13 March, concerning universal justice, just as said parliamentary group promised to do on the day of rejection of the aforementioned reform held in the Congress of Deputies last day 4 March.
