Pema Wangyal Rinpoche
Born in the Tibet in 1947, Pema Wangyal Rinpoche is the eldest son of Grand Master Kyabje Kangyur Rinpoche. He was recognized at an early age as one of the two incarnations of Taklung Tsetul Rinpoche.
