MEDITATION FOR WELL-BEING AND THE DISEASE PROCESS

13 November, 2029 | 16:45

Meditation group aimed at people who are experiencing an illness or grief process, who are in the final stage of life or who accompany a loved one in that transition. The group is also open to anyone interested in meditation as a path to well-being., mental calm and inner growth.

It is a weekly practice space, face-to-face and continuous, that offers a time to cultivate a more conscious attitude, serene and compassionate in the face of life's experiences. You do not need to have previous experience in meditation, just the willingness to practice with an open and respectful attitude.

It is a group that requires continuity and commitment in attendance. We meet every Tuesday, understanding that the regularity of the practice favors the internal process of each participant and, at the same time, nurtures group confidence and strength.

Course 2026/27 The path of meditation

Meditation is much more than a technique to calm the mind. It is a path of transformation that invites us to live with more consciousness., serenity and openness. Throughout this course, We will explore this path inspired by the Buddhist tradition, discovering those dimensions of practice that help us take meditation beyond the cushion and integrate it into everyday life.

The tour is organized in three stages:

First trimester • Open the heart
● The meaning of meditation and the motivation to practice.
● Generosity as an expression of an open mind.
● Ethics understood as a way of living with more awareness and coherence.

Second quarter • Transform difficulties
● Patience in the face of suffering, to changes and relationships.
● The joyful effort to sustain the practice with consistency and balance.
● Obstacles as an opportunity for inner growth.

Third trimester • Live more clearly
● Concentration as stability and presence.
● Wisdom as a deep understanding of reality.
● Integrate meditation into daily life with more freedom, compassion and serenity.

Each session will combine meditation practice, teachings inspired by Buddhist tradition, spaces for shared reflection and proposals to continue the practice during the week.
