As part of your tour of Barcelona, Chaphur Rinpoche will offer an introductory lecture on Dream Yoga, a deep practice of Mother Tantra (Yes indeed) that uses sleeping and dreaming as a direct way to recognize the Nature of the Mind.

We spend approximately a third of our lives sleeping. Far from being a passive time, The dream state is an extraordinary opportunity to become familiar with the Natural State, as the external senses become quiet and the conceptual mind relaxes. At this conference, Chaphur Rinpoche will introduce the fundamentals of Dream Yoga, explaining how these teachings allow us to recognize clear light during sleep and, progressively, integrate it into everyday life. He will also share examples from his own experience as a practitioner and teacher of this tradition..

The conference is an introduction open to all interested people, with or without previous experience.

ABOUT THE MASTER

Chapur Rinpoche He is a recognized teacher of the Bön tradition of Tibet., ancient spiritual lineage that transmits wisdom teachings, compassion and direct knowledge of the mind. Trained from a young age in Bön monasteries, received a thorough education in philosophy, meditation, ritual, and tantric practices typical of this tradition.
